To place an order on our website you will need to use a credit card.
All credit card orders must be mailed to the billing address of the credit card or an authorized ship to address on file with the card issuer.
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase simply checkout and follow the instructions that are presented to you.
To place a mail order you must first browse for the items you want to purchase then contact us in order to obtain freight costs and make sure that your Postal Money Order is made payable to: American Innovations, Inc.

If you are trying to place an order that will be delivered to an international destination you must place your order as an international order. The payment terms will be prepaid bank wire transfer or Western Union. In order to calculate appropriate shipping costs please browse and select the items desired then contact us in order to obtain full quotation and to obtain bank information or money transfer information.
If you are a government agency or an educational institution you may fax your Official Purchase Order to 845-371-3885. There is no need for you to obtain an account approval. Make sure that your formal Purchase Order includes bill to address, ship to address, specific model numbers, description of items, quantity, and contact information.
If you are a US corporation you may use the mail option and send a company check. If you are looking to pay via Purchase Order, you then need to apply for an account in order for your Purchase Order to be accepted. For more details please contact us.
All orders will be processed and delivered under the name of American Innovations, Inc. and all terms and conditions apply. Most orders ship within 48 hours after being processed.
We reserve the right to replace any item with a comparable substitute, if you don't want any substitutions please make sure to note it on your order.
Deliveries to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, etc. must ship via air and may carry higher shipping charges.
